Regular admission discounts and complimentary skates apply to regular open-skate sessions and not special events. Class discounts do not include specialty workshops unless otherwise advertised. The complimentary birthday skate must be used during the member’s birthday month.

Do you offer shared family memberships?

No. Memberships are attached to one individual. Each family member requires their own membership to receive member benefits and discounts.

Can a friend or family member use my membership?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

When does my membership begin?

Your membership begins on the date it is purchased or renewed and remains valid for one year.

How does the free annual skate work?

Each member receives one free admission to a regular open-skate session during their membership year. This is separate from the free birthday skate.

How does the free birthday skate work?

Members receive one free admission to a regular open-skate session during their birthday month. It must be used within that calendar month and cannot be carried forward or used for a special event.

Can I pause my membership while I’m away?

No. Memberships cannot be paused or extended. They remain valid for one year from the purchase or renewal date.

Can I buy classes for my child using my membership?

No. The person participating in the class must have their own membership to receive the member discount.

Does my discount apply to special events?

The regular $3 admission discount applies to regular open-skate sessions. Members may receive separate savings on select special events and workshops when advertised.
