18+ skate sessions are age restricted.
If you have party guests who are under 18, please ensure your booking is during an all ages or family skate session.
Party Process:
Your party experience begins with check-in at the front, where a team member will greet you and escort you to your reserved party table. Your party table is reserved for two hours beginning at your scheduled start time. Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes early for check-in and waivers, but table access is not available before your scheduled start time.
Your Party table, private room or Rinkside Lounge is a 2 hour booking, plus unlimited skate time. Please make sure all food, gifts, decorations and personal belongings are cleaned up and the table is fully vacated by the scheduled end time. Your guests are welcome to continue skating afterward as long as the public skating session is still running. Late arrivals do not extend the two-hour reservation at your table.
Liability Waivers
A signed waiver is required for every guest—whether they are skating or not. Anyone under 18 must have their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. We strongly recommend having these signed in advance to save time at the door. A waiver-link is sent to you at the time of booking and can also be found on our website.
Cancellation Policy
Birthday parties must be paid in full at the time of booking, and all payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking once with at least 48 hours’ written notice. The new party date must take place within one year and is subject to availability. Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a credit or rescheduling. Credits are not provided for guests who do not attend, and the package price stays the same regardless of final attendance.
Booking on a Thursday? Please check our weekly Theme Night before booking, as the music style changes each week and may not be suitable for every group. Song requests must also fit within the music genre of that evening’s theme.

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes you can. Please make sure to bring your own knife. We can only provide a plastic knife for serving based on our food handling license.
Can I bring my own food?
No outdoor food and drinks permitted. This includes party bags that include food. Party bags with candies/food must be left at the front desk until the end of session. We have a concession with hot food and snacks available.
If I don’t schedule a party, can I still bring in a cake and presents?
Sorry, we do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in unless you have a reserved party with us. Only reserved parties can only bring cake. We have a concession that you can purchase food.
Do you have gluten free or vegan options?
Yes. Gluten free and vegan pizza and cupcakes are available.
Please contact us prior to booking if you have dietary restrictions.
Can I bring candles or sparklers?
Only candles are permitted. No sparklers as it is a fire hazard.
What if we have to cancel?
- Payment: Party bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations (14+ Days): If you cancel your party more than 14 full days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
- Cancellations (Within 14 Days): If you cancel within 14 days of your party, the full amount can be applied toward a future party booking within one year of your original booking date.
- Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): If you cancel within 48 hours of your party, there are no refunds.
Can I put up decorations?
We do not allow any decorations to be hung on the walls. You are welcome to bring table cloths and balloons for your table.
Can my family who is not skating come to the party?
Additional non-skating guests are $5 per person.
Can I make a last minute booking?
Please contact us to check availability.
Can I use a gift card to pay for a party?
Yes.
Can I book a party for more than 10 people?
Yes, there is an extra charge per person or you can book 2 tables of 10. Or, you may want to book the Luxe Lounge or Rinkside Lounge which can accommodate more people.
Is Roller Palace licensed to serve alcohol?
No, but special circumstances may apply for private bookings.
